Pjevač kultne sarajevske grupe "Regina" Davor Ebner registrirao je ime Regina u Institutu za intelektualno vlasništvo. U intervjuu za Fenu Ebner kaže da je to pokrneuo vođen mišlju da se Regina vrati u Sarajevo.
"Ja sam nosilac ne samo imena već, glupo je reći projekta, nego benda. Bend je novi. Radim sa producentom Ivanom Dujmovićem, s kojim smo radili tri singla pod imenom Ebner, a tu su Dino Ljuca - bubanj i Đurica Maksimović - gitara", kazao je.
Ono što je bila osnovna ideja je da se radi drugačija, moderna muzika, da se ne "koketira" više sa narodnjacima, sa retrogradnim stilom.
"Pošto sam ja ipak odrastao uz zapadnu muziku, cilj mi je bio da radim isključivo na muzici zasnovanoj na svjetskim, a ne balkanskim trendovima. To, možda, nije profitabilno, ali ja se nikad nisam bavio muzikom zbog novca, nego isključivo zbog toga što to volim i zato ne želim da pjevam sve", kaže Ebner.

"Ich dachte, dass ich mit meiner Musik, mit meiner Band irgendwie die Sachen verändern kann, aber leider war das nicht der Fall."
Hilflos gegen den Krieg
Das Konzert sei damals über das jugoslawische Fernsehen live übertragen worden, sodass es hunderttausende Menschen miterlebten. "Wir waren sehr, sehr naiv damals", sagt Ebner heute, dessen Band Regina schon damals zu den bekanntesten Gruppen in Jugoslawien zählte und bis heute erfolgreich ist. Schließlich habe der Rock and Roll vor mehr als 20 Jahren einmal den Vietnam-Krieg gestoppt. "Aber leider konnten wir nichts machen", sagt Ebner. Der Krieg war damals bereits in Kroatien ausgebrochen.
