Over the last two decades, Napoleon and Tabitha have worn many hats in the field of entertainment. They began their careers as Choreographers earning 4 Emmy nominations and 2 wins. Soon after they branched out into Producing & Directing and last year earned another Emmy nomination for Outstanding Variety Special for the Grammy’s and just wrapped another successful year as part of the Grammy producing team.
Their Co-Executive Producer credits include NBC’s World of Dance, MTV Movie Awards, MV’s Americans Best Dance Crew, NBC’s Dancing With Myself, FOX’s Mobbed, ABC’s Boy Band, and FOX’s Taraji’s White Hot Holidays to name a few. Their company Nappytabs Productions has also produced multiple Disney Television Specials where they acted as show-runners.

Dynamic duo Napoleon and Tabitha Dumo, also known as NappyTabs, are two time Emmy winners for So You Think You Can Dance. They have a total of four Emmy nominations, The Industry Innovator Award, The World of Dance Lifetime Achievement Award and two MTV VMA Awards. Over the years, the duo have worked with top music artists including Beyonce, Ariana Grande, Madonna, Pitbull and Mariah Carey (to name a few). Most recently, they directed Jennifer Lopez’s sold out world tour, It’s My Party, Derek Hough’s Live National Tour, and TLC, Nelly, Florida’s Whole Lotta Hits Tour. Tabitha and Napoleon have been very active in producing, directing and choreographing shows in Las Vegas, including Jennifer Lopez (Planet Hollywood), Britney Spears (MGM) and Mariah Carey (Caesar’s Palace), as well as for dance sensations the Jabbawockeez (Luxor). They are currently producing/directing the new Las Vegas Residency for Paula Abdul at the Flamingo.

Tabitha and Napoleon grew up on opposite coasts and met as students at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In , they became familiar to mainstream audiences as judges and choreographers on FOX's So You Think You Can Dance where they were responsible for creating the new dance style known as 'lyrical hip hop.' That same year, Nappytabs became the driving creative force behind MTV's hit show America's Best Dance Crew.
